Restored Safeguarding Policy and Procedures

Restored is committed to protecting the welfare of every individual who engages with us. We consider the welfare of  every child, young person or adult at risk to be of paramount importance and we are committed to ensuring that they are valued, listened to, and respected within the work that we do. This commitment includes ensuring our safeguarding approach is grounded in survivor-centred principles — promoting choice, dignity, consent, and physical and emotional safety.

Our Safeguarding Policy and Procedure sets out our approach to safeguarding and describes the steps we take to keep people safe when interacting with us – whether as a member of staff, volunteer, survivor or supporter. You can read the full policy below.

The Policy is reviewed and updated on an annual basis by Restored’s Board of Trustees.
